Hatch Early Mood Food

Family in town; I opted to try Hatch with them this past Sunday. Rolling in around noon and the place was busy. Inside it was probably 90% full and pretty noisy, so we opted for a shady table outside. I appreciated the attentive staff and quick service. The fresh juices (I grabbed a glass of grapefruit and my nephew snagged pineapple) were great, and everyone felt that they had good meals. I went with the Benedict Johnny and hashbrown tumblers. The meal was hearty and flavorful and the poached eggs were perfectly cooked. I will be happy to stop back in and try more of the menu.

Chic breakfast spot serving some breakfast deliciousness. The Hatch Early Mood Food was a nice experience with friendly staff and customers. The decor was modernly comfortable and appropriate for its setting. Nice size bar and furniture. You may dine indoors or in their outdoor patio. I had their delicious house coffee that was freshly brewed. Also, I had their Orange Glazed Croissants that were finger licking good. And I had their Classic Plate with scrambled eggs w/cheddar cheese. Free parking spaces out front. Decent prices.

1st time at Hatch & we went for Saturday Brunch! Wait for individual tables was 45 minutes so we decided to sit at the community tables which had no wait! These were high top tables and spacious enough to be comfortable sitting with people you do not know! Started with Caramel Latte & Haselnut Macciatto Latte - very subtle sweetness & creamy milk taste. We had the loaded potato tumblers to start and that was one of our favorite things! Very sharable and big portion! My boyfriend said he could eat that for his meal and be very satisfied. For our main meals we had the Strawberry Dream Pancakes and Monte Cristo! Pancakes were sweet and fluffy- I asked for syrup on the side to drizzle on top! Huge portion and you could add sides if you wanted more food! The Monte Cristo was the fluffiest we had ever seen! Warm, crispy and very filling. The fries were an amazing side to go with it! Overall a really cool atmosphere and place to hang for brunch! Round 2 update: food was amazing, but at the cost of waiting... We waited 20mins at the community table before being waited on and we went searching for utensils on our own to be able to eat our appetizer... it looked like there were not enough servers to care for the amount of people in the restaurant. I felt bad for our waitress who was balancing the bar and a whole community table. My advice if you are sitting at the community tables would be order everything you want when you first get waited on and make your presence known so the waiters will realize you are not with a group beside you. The loaded potato haystacks were amazing like last time and the monte cristo was crisp & savory! I tried the pick 3 Pancakes and it was so good! You get go pick 3 of the special Pancakes to try and it's in perfect serving sizes! Highly recommend if you can't decide on 1 type of pancake. The pineapple ones were my favorite!

EXCELLENT scratch made food! The interior design of this restaurant is super cool and I love their community seating option. Servers have been great - attentive and communicate well. Fresh squeezed grapefruit juice is amazing! The only improvement I could see is if they would serve local, fresh roasted DoubleShot Coffee. They also have good wifi, which I've used to do work over breakfast once. So glad I found this restaurant!
